There are many different types of aircraft accessories used in airplanes, some of which include:

Avionics: This includes electronic systems such as navigation, communication, and flight control systems.
Engine components: These include parts such as turbine blades, fuel injectors, and exhaust systems.
Landing gear: This includes the wheels, brakes, and other components that allow the aircraft to take off and land.
Environmental control systems: These include systems that control the temperature, humidity, and air pressure inside the cabin.
Lighting systems: This includes interior and exterior lighting for the aircraft.
Seating and cabin interiors: This includes the seats, overhead compartments, and other components that make up the interior of the aircraft.
Inflight Entertainment Systems: This includes the screens, speakers, and other equipment that provide entertainment to passengers during the flight.
